The Disappointed Bush is a story about a sad little bush that grows up next to the laughing brook. The bush doesn’t seem to grow the same as the other bushes around him, and he is a little sad. When he sees them growing flowers and he doesn’t have any, it upsets him. Finally, his time comes, and he grows beautiful golden flowers that produce seeds. Finally, he is surrounded by small bushes.
