I’ve had the chance to connect more fully with our farm, harvesting, preserving, and canning food. I even experimented with making pickles, drying herbs, and creating herb blends. David Nichtern is a senior Buddhist teacher who has been practicing and teaching meditation for over 40 years. He was one of the early students of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, who came to the US in 1970.
