In this edition of Female Tech Founder from September 2021, we’re focusing on the thorny topic of cashflow and hearing from Founder of Hydr Nicola Weedall. Hydr is a tech platform designed to help SMEs receive payment for invoices faster, with 90 day payment terms being the norm for many big businesses it creates a barrier for SMEs which Hydr helps to avoid - they pay your invoice in 24 hours and when the client pays on 90 days that’s paid directly to Hydr all covered by credit protection. Nicola shares the vision behind the business and her own career journey.

We also hear from Becky Baker Founder of K9 Nation an app that brings dog lovers, products and services and other organisations together, having starting bootstrapping the organisation five years ago, a life-changing event prompted Becky to take the dog by the leash and make her dream reality.
