Including: What is Inner Meditation? How can we make it part of our lives? What are its origins? What are its benefits? What are good reasons to consider it a good investment of our time? How can it bring more health and more happiness to our lives and to the lives of those we love? As we introduce the practice, we also provide much practical information on how to prepare for one's first guided session, in Part II.     La Resilienza dell'Amore - Meditazione Interiore - Pratica Guidata

    Nel quadro del percorso La Reslienza dell'Amore, la pratica della Meditazione Interiore viene presentata come base della salute olistica. Essa aiuta a connettersi con il proprio paesaggio interiore, le sue frequenze, colori, vibrazioni. Aiuta anche ad ascoltare i messaggi del corpo ed accettarli per quello che sono. Aiuta ad armonizzare il funzionamento dei vari elementi simbiotici che operano nel nostro essere. Quando praticata regolarmente all'inizio della giornata, la meditazione interiore aiuta a calibrare la persona per affrontare cio che la giornata porti. L'epidosio contiene la registrazione di una Meditazione Interiore guidata da Dr. SerenaGaia, aka Serena Anderlini. E del 20 maggio, 2020. Invitiamo chi ascolta a prepararsi per la pratica e poi ascoltare la registrazione. This series of appointments on ZOOM is facilitated and focalized by Dr. SerenaGaia, aka Serena Anderlini, with guests from the world of the arts of healing and loving. Welcome to this initiative which intends to respond with resilience to the crisis we are experiencing.
