#4 - Combat Preparation Training
Instructor Graham takes you through a 45 minute workout.
Combat Preparation Training is a mixture Ground-based exercise circuits mixed with combat drills and shadow boxing.
Equipment needed - Bodyweight is fine, but hand weights, bottles of water in hands or even tins of beans will do.
Can be done with or without a punchbag.
Can be done at home, in the garden or even in the park 💪🏻 -

Instructor Graham takes you through a 12 minute progressive challenge, No Equipment needed - All Bodyweight.

Instructor Graham takes you running through a short, sharp, shock!
30 minutes CrossRun pushing max effort followed by equal rest!
To be done ideally in the park 🌳 🏃🏻♂️ 💨 but could also be done pounding the pavement -
