Moving on from undergrad to whatever comes next is a period of life that not enough people talk about. I chat about my own experience with leaving undergrad and the things I’m struggling with about it, as well as ways I am working to create a more positive mindset about the transition period of life I’m in. I discuss my own journey with physical wellness and using the gym as a place to find myself. In today’s society so much emphasis is put on what you look like and making people feel like they have to live their lives a certain way if they want to look good. I’m here to flip the script and try and shift people’s perspective. I want to bring to light how important moving your body in a way you love is, and that there is no “right way” to workout. It is about finding what drives you and what makes the most sense for your life.
