Dr. Meredith Petersen, DVM, MPH, PhD, is the Director of Swine Health at the National Pork Board, where she oversees the Secure Pork Supply and other swine health programs. With a DVM from Iowa State University, an MPH from the University of Iowa, and a PhD focused on population studies in animal health, Dr. Petersen brings extensive expertise in veterinary medicine and biosecurity.
