Just when you thought it was safe to go back to camp. This week, the gang is helping to open a summer camp next to the infamous Camp Blood, but the legend of Jason is weighing heavy on the proceedings. Libations: The Campfire Mule Ingredients: Ice 1 cup sugar 1 cup water 6-7 Large Marshmallows 3-4 ounces Ginger Beer *2 ounces of your choice of whiskey - we used Knob Creek Smoked Maple * For the NA Option, use 2 ounces of your choice of non-alcoholic spirit - we used Seedlip Spice 94 *Gas Stovetop or kitchen torch *Luster Dust Instructions: Make a simple syrup by boiling 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Line a skewer with 5-6 large marshmallows (you can toast them if you have a gas stove top or a small kitchen torch, but this will work even if you don't toast them) and add the marsh-kebab to the pot and simmer until the marshmallows dissolve. Strain and add to a glass container. It will last in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Fill a glass with ice and 3-4 ounces of ginger beer. In a shaker, combine ice, simple syrup, your choice of spirit, and luster dust. Shake well. Pour the mixture into your glass. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
