In a nutshell, self-limiting beliefs are usually assumptions or perceptions that we have about ourselves. These self-constructed thoughts are dangerous and what holds us back from living our lives to the full potential.
So in this episode we dive deep into understanding how self-limiting beliefs are formed, how they make vulnerable, and most importantly we will talk about different techniques such as: NLP, self-task and positive manifestation that will help to ELIMINATE these self-limiting beliefs for you.
