I've studied both classical and contemporary Pilates, and am proud to continue my Pilates education at every opportunity. I teach group classes, privates, corporate wellness, both virtually and in studio. My specialties include pre and postnatal fitness, Pilates for runners, hernias and diastasis, low back and knee injuries, and various neurological conditions.
