Socotra Island in Yemen has been one of the most unique and diverse places on earth. It seems as if it is not from this planet. It has some rare species which is only found on this Island such as Dragon’s Blood Tree ,Elephant leg trees and many other species of plants and animals. Due to its rareity diversity and uniqueness it became UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008.
