Creating a Consistent & Cohesive Brand

Can't nail down your branding? I know firsthand how tedious it can be, which is why in today's episode we'll walk you through exactly how you can discover branding that feels RIGHT. Not just what colors you're using on your social media... but the thoughts, feelings, and words that your brand as a whole evokes. My guest Kelly Wittman is a brand strategist and designer who owns Witt and Company, a brand strategy and design studio based just north of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Kelly and her team have supported more than 100 purpose-driven businesses craft consistent and cohesive brands using a strategy-first approach and the principles of Seasonal Brand Theory and Color Psychology. Prior to the unplanned start of her business in 2017, she spent six years in marketing, event management, and fundraising, specifically in the nonprofit and startup space. Now, she happily wears the title of ‘unemployable’, is proud to have a business that supports her and her family, and is on a mission to help people-first businesses create strategic and intentional brands that support them in doing more good work. Buckle up and get ready to hear an amazing, new, perspective to the diversity and inclusion space. Haven't listened to last weeks episode with Shayna Hammond? You'll want to listen here to get the full message on how and why we should be addressing racial equity in the workplace, and ALL areas of our life. For the last 18 years, Lauryn Henley has worked as a leader, speaker, facilitator and consciousness coach. Her purpose is to support individuals, families, communities and organizations to liberate themselves, thrive and experience transformative relationships. Lauryn is deeply committed to ending systemic racism and views this as her life’s work since she was 19. In 2003, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Psychology focusing on race and multicultural studies. Specifically, she studied the role that white people play in perpetuating racial injustice. At that time, Lauryn was committed to racial equality through educational transformation and joined Teach for America in 2003. Want to connect with Lauryn?
