Improve sponsor content and bring time stamp links

Nilay is a great host. Talks about everyday tech like no one else.
It could improve the sponsored part. Is the only podcasts I skip the payed content. Take a look at the relay.fm podcasts like MPU, connected ou the ATP podcast.
Also it should have time stamp links to chapters.
Besides this is a great podcast to see politics on the tech world.
