'Doing Squat' & 'Being All Wet'

First, the plaintiff hired the defendant to redo the bathrooms in his house. The defendant barely did anything and refuses to return payments, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists he put a lot of work into the plaintiff's house. The plaintiff failed to provide all of the materials he needed to complete the job, according to the defendant.

Then, the plaintiff brought his car to the defendant's carwash. In the middle of the wash, the plaintiff's car crashed into another vehicle, so the plaintiff is suing for damages. The defendant defends himself and says the car in front of the plaintiff's applied their brakes. The defendant doesn't believe he or his business is responsible for the damage
