Dr. Anderson has worked with various organizations to develop and implement DEI agendas and improve education and workforce development. He is also a faculty member at Tulane University's John Lewis Master of Public Administration program. Dr. Anderson is active in community initiatives and holds multiple degrees and certifications from prestigious institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, and the University of Southern California.
