MINDFUL MINISODE: Why Telling Your Story Matters Part 1: Your Voice is Your Power

Get A Helmet

For years I was interviewing artists for a small digital magazine in NYC.

I would take the train down from Boston and read up on their work as we sped through the trees.

I loved it so much. The train ride, the buzz of the city but what stuck out the most was learning their stories.

Unearthing the WHY behind their work. And finding so many subtle threads weaving our two stories together. (Pretty wild being a human, isn’t it?)

I found myself struggling to keep up with taking notes during these chats, so I started recording the conversations in an effort to be as present as possible.

The Get A Helmet Podcast was born.

The more stories I started hearing the more I felt myself stepping into my power.

Today on the podcast is Part 1 of a series called Why Telling Your Story Matters: Your Voice is Your Power.

When you share your story, use your voice and spread your magic you give someone permission to be exactly who they are.

Your stories, your creative ideas are sacred.

Someone out there is waiting to hear from you.
