    Can Samsung Stop Sucking, Please?

Fall hasn't even started and we're already looking to next year with the Galaxy S25 phones rumbling their way into the rumor pipeline. And so, the Android Police podcast will be taking the bulk of our runtime this week to distill what we're hoping to get out of another year of Samsung-weighted expectations. That plus the false return of Flappy Bird, changes in how teens might use Instagram, and a home repair conversation that didn't make the edit — all of that, this week! 04:00 | Samsung All the Way Leaked Galaxy S25+ renders reveal Samsung will borrow a design cue from its latest foldableThese Samsung Galaxy S25+ leaks contain both good and bad newsSamsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra could outshine the iPhone 16 Pro Max in more ways than oneHere's how Samsung's Galaxy S25 Ultra may look different to the S24 UltraLeaked Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra renders reveal an iPhone-like flat designSamsung plans massive round of layoffs as Galaxy sales plateauThe Samsung Galaxy Tab S10's launch could be around the corner 27:17 | A Viral Spiral into AI My Rep read my novel. The Longer-Than-3-Day Pixel 9 Review

Congratulations on stumbling upon another Android Police podcast! This week, we conclude our collective reviews on the slab Pixel 9 series and we come to a resounding "it's alright." Whether or not you should buy it coming up from somewhere outside of the brand loyalty fold is another question and that really gets to whether you think the artificial intelligence features are important and positively useful to you. Oh, and our hosts have turned on their webcams for the first time in this iteration of the show and you won't be able to see much of that footage until we've had a chance to, uh, nail production down. 01:13 | More like AI GLOATware The AI bloatware era is here. Pixel Publick ft. James Peckham

Android Police's editor-in-chief rejoins the podcast with Will and Daniel this time as the trio give a debrief on their time reviewing the Pixel 9, 9 Pro, and 9 Pro XL. We get to the fundamentals of the phones and everything is actually better this year! And there's a lot of positivity going on until we get to Pixel Studio and Reimagine and the consequences coming through. Pixel Confidential

This Android Police podcast has been recorded live in front of a studio Will and Daniel as both wax critical on this week's Made by Google event. What of the Pixel 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL, and 9 Pro Fold? Is the narrative over artificial intelligence being steered in the right direction, perhaps maybe towards a thousand little directions? Hey, Fisher, when are you bringing Clicks to the Fold? And when is the Toy Story-Avatar cross-over event we've been waiting for? All of that this very week. Listen to the show. Now. Two Phones Ahead, One Android Version Behind ft. James Peckham

Like any TV series that has stuck around for a season too long, the Android Police podcast is back with another freaking week of Pixel leaks, this time on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The long and short of it is that we're hoping it nails the landing, but wouldn't be surprised if it disappointed us when it launches with, say, a year-old version of Android. Also, our prospects on a folding iPhone and discourse on an ABC primetime show from the year 200-something as brought on by Android Police editor-in-chief and natural wellspring purveyor James Peckham. 02:42 | 9 Lives Your wait for the Pixel 9 Pro Fold might stretch until SeptemberThe Pixel 9 Pro Fold might offer more bang for your buck with bigger and better displaysGoogle Pixel 9 Pro Fold looks to be heavy, but there's a reason whyThe Pixel 9's Tensor G4 might be the least interesting thing about Google's new phonesGoogle's Pixel 9 series may launch with Android 14, not 15This Pixel Watch 3 marketing material leak is a treasure trove of details 30:19 | The iPhone Segment Apple Moves Forward With Foldable iPhone — The InformationFoldable iPad tipped to drop in 2026 with the foldable iPhone | Tom's Guide 37:00 | Apex Legends?
