For this episode of Dadding Black Kids, Adelric and Greg hear from Emily Kilduff and Ryan Chapman, co-leaders of The New School San Francisco, about their efforts with the rest of their leadership team to respond to Covid-19 and the racial unrest facing our schools, families and students.  Their commitment to equity and achievement reinforces previous references to targeted universalism and the idea that designing schools that consider our least-reached students, in fact, benefits ALL students.
