    Inundated with assignments, peripheral demands, and a constant desire to help and accommodate others, I learned to say no, disconnect, and focus on the work ahead so I could get ahead and finish well. In this episode i share how having mental "tunnel vision" helped me finish well. It is the "No" we sometimes have to utter, the commitments we must put aside, the pleasures we deny ourselves, and the influences we avoid that help us succeed in our long battles.
