Seapa is here to take Russell through his Wonderbox, including the dreaded call centres he worked in where he met the other People Just Do Nothing stars, and the perfect Banh-Mi Sandwich. 

Lots of fun. Really funny episode with proper energy, fascinating stories and some excellent digressions.
