Loveland Man Arrested for Alleged Murder of Mother Weeks After Assaulting Officer and Woman

Loveland police have arrested Michael Fuller, 34, on charges of murdering his mother in her western Loveland home, just weeks after he was arrested for allegedly choking a police officer during an unrelated incident. On November 1, officers were dispatched to the home after Fuller's sister requested a welfare check on their mother, who had not been answering her phone. Upon arrival, police made contact with Fuller, who initially refused to answer the door. Officers observed a deceased person through the back door, prompting them to enter the residence to arrest Fuller and secure the scene. Inside, investigators described a horrific crime scene with evidence of a struggle, forced entry into the victim's bedroom, and blood throughout the home. They also found a black dress suit and white shirt covered in blood and a water hose left running in the backyard. Specific details of the scene are being withheld due to their graphic nature. "Sadly, this is a scene that is still being processed today," Loveland Police Chief Tim Doran told CBS News Colorado. "You can draw your own conclusions about how horrific that scene was." Police continue to guard the home, which remains taped off as an active investigation site. This incident follows an earlier arrest of Fuller on October 9 at Namaqua Park. In that case, a woman walking her dog called 911, screaming for help as a man chased her, forcing her to retreat into the Big Thompson River. She reportedly used pepper spray to keep him at bay. Responding officers found Fuller standing in the river. As they attempted to arrest him, Fuller allegedly resisted and placed one officer in a chokehold, pushing him into the water. Another officer also reported injuries during the struggle. Fuller was charged with felony assault on a police officer and other offenses. During his bond hearing, the Larimer County District Attorney's Office initially proposed a personal recognizance bond with a cosign requirement. However, Judge Jill Sage set the bond at $250 cash, which Fuller posted for his release. "There was some disappointment on my part for the low amount, given this was a felony arrest involving assault on a police officer," Chief Doran said. "Under those conditions, I think a $250 bond is not appropriate." The decision has drawn criticism from community members and neighbors, who question how Fuller was able to be released given the severity of the prior incident. In response to the criticism, the Larimer County District Attorney's Office issued a statement explaining that they were not provided with all the critical details at the time of the bond hearing. "Unfortunately, important details of his actions, including much of his conduct toward the citizen victim, her need for pepper spray, and his apparent attempt to pull an officer into the water were not provided by Loveland Police in the bond information we had available," the statement read. "Had the full facts that Loveland Police later released been provided at the time, our bond recommendation would have changed." Chief Doran contested this assertion, stating that the arrest affidavit did include descriptions of Fuller's confrontation with the victim and the officer being placed in a chokehold. He emphasized that any adjustments to charges requested by officers occurred after the bond hearing and should not have influenced the initial bond decision. "I am not here to point fingers," Doran said. "Everyone involved had everything at their disposal to make the appropriate decision. I firmly believe that there is a lack of accountability in our charging, bonding, and sentencing process to where the pendulum has swung a little to where the rights of the accused far outweigh the rights of the citizens." Michael Fuller is now being held on a $10 million bond for the alleged murder of his mother. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Did Kim Porter Really Leak Diddy Freak Off Video And Book Before Her Death?

Is this the kind of case that could finally bring down a music mogul, or is it just another sensational headline? With claims of incriminating footage involving Sean "Diddy" Combs, the stakes have never been higher. In this episode, we dive into the allegations made by Courtney Burgess, who says he's sitting on a treasure trove of evidence that could shake the industry to its core—evidence allegedly entrusted to him by Kim Porter before her passing. But why would federal prosecutors be interested if it’s all smoke and mirrors? The feds aren’t known for indulging flimsy conspiracy theories, and a grand jury hearing Burgess’s testimony might suggest there’s substance beneath the speculation. Yet, federal investigations thrive on mystery, keeping the public guessing. And the psychological weight of just *claiming* there’s video evidence can sometimes be enough to shift public opinion, even without the world ever seeing a frame. Are the walls of Diddy’s empire starting to crumble, or is this just another round of wild rumors? If federal prosecutors are moving forward, they must believe they’ve got their ducks in a row—but is Burgess’s material really the smoking gun, or just another piece of an incredibly complex puzzle? And how does this whole grand jury process even work when dealing with alleged video evidence? We dissect the legal mechanics and ponder the credibility of the claims. Oh, and on a lighter note, ever wondered what a music icon’s prison birthday menu looks like? Let’s just say it’s better than your average school lunch. But seriously, is this the end of the line for Combs, or just the beginning of a new chapter in this high-stakes drama? #SeanCombs #DiddyCase #CourtneyBurgess #KimPorter #GrandJury #FederalInvestigation #TrueCrime Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Will Diddy's NDA's Protect Him From Prosecution?

What happens when the glamorous world of fame and fortune gets entangled with dark secrets hidden behind legal barriers? Are NDA’s just an innocent way of protecting assets, or do they sometimes cover up something far more sinister? The conversation today centers around the bombshell allegations surrounding Diddy, his famous parties, and the alleged mountain of evidence brought to light by those who were closest to him. Kim Porter’s tragic and sudden death has now become the focus of intense scrutiny, especially as claims surface that she knew things that could endanger lives, even recording them for safety. But can years of high-stakes secrecy, celebrity denial, and intense family loyalty be undone by irrefutable evidence? And what happens when your father, the person you loved and trusted, may also be the monster everyone fears? If horrifying revelations were to emerge, would the victims—Diddy's own children—be able to accept the truth, or would the human mind’s need to preserve its world overpower reality? #NDAs #DiddyAllegations #KimPorter #FamilyDenial #TraumaResponses #HiddenKillers #CelebritySecrets Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? PD Behind Sandra Birchmore & Karen Read About To Have Any Dirty Laundry Exposed In New Audit

Was Sandra Birchmore’s tragic end truly a suicide, or does it point to something far more sinister? In this episode, Tony Brueski and former prosecutor Eric Faddis delve into the murky circumstances surrounding the 23-year-old’s death, examining evidence against her alleged abuser, former police officer Matthew Farwell, who is caught on video entering her apartment shortly before her death. The conversation unveils disturbing details of a supposed "ring" of individuals in positions of authority who allegedly manipulated and mistreated Sandra from a young age. Adding complexity, Canton officials are now enlisting external auditors to probe potential misconduct and hidden truths within the police department. With accusations of a cover-up and the FBI now involved, the questions grow even darker: will justice finally be served, or will Sandra’s story be buried under red tape? #SandraBirchmore #MatthewFarwell #TrueCrimeToday #HiddenKillers #JusticeForSandra #PoliceMisconduct #CantonInvestigation Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Lori Vallow Daybell Refuses Court Transport, Delays Arizona Competency Hearing

Lori Vallow Daybell Refuses Court Transport, Delays Arizona Competency Hearing Lori Vallow Daybell, convicted in Idaho of murdering her two children and now facing charges in Arizona, caused a significant delay in her legal proceedings when she refused to be transported to court for a Rule 11 competency hearing. The hearing was scheduled to assess her mental fitness for trial in connection to the death of her ex-husband, Charles Vallow, and an attempted murder charge involving her ex's nephew, Brandon Boudreaux. Vallow Daybell, a former Chandler resident, was found guilty in 2023 for the deaths of her 7-year-old son, Joshua "J.J." Vallow, and her 16-year-old daughter, Tylee Ryan. Their bodies were discovered in her Idaho backyard in 2020. She is serving a life sentence without parole and was later extradited to Arizona after Governor Katie Hobbs approved the transfer. In Arizona, she is accused of conspiracy to commit murder in Charles Vallow's July 2019 shooting and suspected of attempting to kill Boudreaux. The delay arose during Thursday’s hearing when Vallow Daybell did not show up for the scheduled court session. Her defense initially sought to have the competency hearing concluded based on a report from Dr. Michael McGady. However, Commissioner Travis Marderosian expressed hesitation, stating he usually requires the defendant’s presence for such decisions. He was willing to consider an exception if the prosecution agreed. Maricopa County prosecutor Katie Staab argued that without a second competency report from Dr. Camille Hernandez, they could not move forward. Dr. Hernandez had been unable to complete her assessment due to Vallow Daybell's refusal to participate. “I just want it to be clear for the record that the state is not employing a delay tactic in not stipulating to one report,” Staab said. “We need Dr. Hernandez to be able to offer an opinion for the purposes of the record, especially if the defendant is trying to represent herself.” Vallow Daybell's mental competency has been questioned in the past. In her Idaho case, she underwent almost a year of treatment before being deemed fit for trial. In Arizona, the matter of her mental fitness became relevant after her original defense team requested a Rule 11 evaluation. The situation shifted when she later expressed a desire to end those proceedings and represent herself. Thursday’s proceedings were meant to facilitate this transition, but the delay in Dr. Hernandez’s report, now expected by December 2, has pushed back the timeline. The court has scheduled a status conference for November 20, with another Rule 11 hearing set for December 5. This latest development underscores the complexity of Vallow Daybell’s legal battles. Her ex-husband, Charles Vallow, had previously expressed concerns about her mental health in court documents, claiming she was fixated on a biblical doomsday and had threatened his life. Vallow Daybell’s brother, Alexander Cox, shot and killed Charles Vallow in what he claimed was self-defense. Cox later died of natural causes in December 2019. The saga has been further complicated by her association with Chad Guy Daybell, who was sentenced to death for the murders of his first wife, Tammy Daybell, and Vallow Daybell’s two children. Vallow Daybell’s current defense team, the Office of the Legal Defender, has not commented on the recent events. The case continues to capture public interest as it unfolds, with many watching closely to see how Vallow Daybell’s mental competency and legal defense evolve in Arizona. Human Head Washes Ashore at Popular Tourist Beach in Florida

A grim discovery was made Tuesday morning when a human head, believed to belong to an adult male, washed ashore on Key Biscayne, a popular tourist spot in South Florida. A beach worker found the remains around 8:36 a.m. and quickly alerted the Key Biscayne Police Department. Upon arrival, officers determined that the object was indeed a human head and notified the Miami-Dade Police Department for further investigation. Authorities are now waiting for the medical examiner's office to confirm the identity of the deceased and provide more information about the cause and manner of death. As of now, the case is not being investigated as a homicide, according to Miami-Dade Police Detective Andre Martin. “The remains appear to be that of an adult male,” Martin confirmed. “At this point, we’re not discounting any possibility. This could be an accident or missing person, it’s too early to tell the circumstances.” The discovery has left local residents and visitors on edge, with many wondering about the origin of the remains. Miguel Muelle, a Key Biscayne resident, expressed his concerns to NBC Miami, stating, “What remains to be seen is where did the head come from?” The medical examiner’s office has yet to comment on the ongoing investigation. Meanwhile, authorities stress that they are exploring all potential scenarios to understand how the head ended up on the shore. Detective Martin emphasized the early stage of the investigation, noting, “We’re keeping an open mind and looking at every possibility.” Local and county law enforcement agencies continue to work together, awaiting forensic results that could offer critical clues in unraveling the mystery. Key Biscayne remains a bustling destination, but this chilling discovery has brought a moment of somber reflection for both residents and visitors. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?
