Paola has had many roles and has had some very impressive accolades to her name as a journalist: She serves as a sports director at the Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. She served as a sports writer and columnist at the Arizona Republic for 20 years. She is also a member of the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame thanks for her career in the sports journalism world in the state of Arizona. And she is currently part of the College Football Playoff Committee, she is the only female on the committee. In this episode, Paola shared with us about her upbringings in Chicago, Illinois, the start of her passion for sports and her start in the journalism world.
