We need more Jill’s in the world!

Jill’s outlook on health, body image, diet culture etc. are such a refreshing break from the norm. She’s candid, honest, funny and relatable. I have been a longtime listener and sometimes even revisit episodes when I need a refresher or pick-me-up. Highly, highly recommend!!
