    This episode is very much in process and demonstrates how we cannot plan, control or anticipate how everything will happen in our life. Things come up, take longer than we think or just smack you upside the head. I share what’s going on through me as I work through this under the lens of “coming back to myself” particularly how certain feelings manifest in my body in the form of anxiety.
