It promised so much in the heat and humidity of Washington DC in July, and in the end we hung on. 16th at Christmas and 16th at the end, Brentford Football Club were never boring but you did watch some of the matches through your fingers. What a season it has been, but I'm proud of who Brentford is and how they've conducted themselves throughout this often insanely challenging year.
