    Alice Min Soo Chun is the Co-founder and CEO of Solight Design, an author, TedX speaker, and female inventor of Solight-Design, SEEU95 and the SolarPuff, the world’s only self-inflatable, portable solar light. She has been featured on Tamron Hall, Good Morning America, MSNBC, Marie Claire’s Powertrip 2022, The Skimm, The Story Exchange, Fast Company, The New York Times, and more. Alice was nominated for USPTO Patents for Humanitarian Winner in 2018, and was nominated as Forbes 50 Over 50 recognizable women of 2022. Alice was also recently featured in the new Apple TV+ show ‘Gutsy’ hosted by Hillary and Chelsea Clinton, where Alice is highlighted alongside other female powerhouses such as Wanda Sykes, Amy Shumer, Megan Thee Stallion and others.
    Her first invention, the SolarPuff, has impacted over 1 million people living in underserved regions worldwide. She has won numerous awards, including the US Patent Award for Humanity. Her inventions have been exhibited at MOMA, the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. In 2019, she was featured in Hillary Clinton’s book, “The Book of Gutsy Women”. She was honored as a Fast Company "World Changing Idea" in 2022 and recognized as a Marie Claire Power Trip 2022 Honoree for Most Influential Woman. Additionally, she was named a 2022 Forbes IMPACT honoree and was featured on Apple TV docuseries "GUTSY" Episode 6, alongside Hillary Clinton. She was also featured on ABC's Good Morning America during her recent mission to Ukraine.

    Grace Leer is a California native that began singing at the age of 6. Instead of skipping college, Leer followed her athletic passion by playing D1 soccer at the University of California, Berkeley. She made the move to Nashville four years ago and appeared in the Top 10 on Season 18 of ABC’s American Idol. Since then, Leer has secured a record deal via 19 Recordings, Inc. and has spent the last year writing and recording music for her self-titled debut EP, available now. The first single off the EP, “Brought A Girl,” was released in February of last year and shortly after its release, gold record holder and Kansas native Logan Mize asked her to join him on his latest single, “Nothing with You,” released April 8, and serve as the direct support act on his spring 2022 It’s About Time tour.
    Leer has since released singles including the ode to country greats “Ones Before Me," the breakup anthem “After 1" and relatable "The One." Leer was CMT’s Next Up Now artist for November and named Country Now’s Country Next. Leer has also been included in iHeart Women of Country.

    Chris McMartin leads The Scotiabank Women Initiative Small Business Strategy across Canada, taking on the role in September of 2021, to help build and enhance a program that helps women overcome the challenges they face on their path to success when starting, sustaining, and growing a business. Chris leads many national events and partnerships such as the MasterClass Series, The IWD: She Shoots She Scores, StrikeUP Virtual Conference and the mentorship program. Chris loves to speak about women entrepreneurs and The Scotiabank Women Initiative; you may have had the opportunity to hear her on one of her podcast interviews: She Means Profit, Results Club or Power Presence and Position or perhaps caught her at an event like MaMaCon.
    Chris joined Scotiabank in 2008 as a Financial Advisor. In 2012 Chris progressed to the role of Small Business Advisor where she found her passion for Small Business which she carried with her throughout her career to date. Chris also has a passion for people which has led her to champion equity initiatives through many diversity, equity and inclusion roles within the bank. She currently sits on the National Allyship Council, a Stream Lead for the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group and a participant on the Employee Pulse Committee. Outside of Scotiabank, Chris also sits on the Canadian Women Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board and the HELIX Committee for Seneca College. Chris believes in the power of mentorship and participates as a mentor for StartUp Canada Women.
    At home Chris leads another team; she is a mom of four. Chris has three teenage boys and a young daughter that all keep her on her toes. Even while running her children to dance classes, football practices and part time jobs she finds time to enjoy her own hobbies like going to the gym and watching LIVE music.
