I started listening to the Better Podcast with Dr Estima as I started this journey into mysterious land of perimenopause/menopause transition. I’ve learned so much and continue to learn so much. It’s a dopamine hit to get a new episode every week! There are days I like a it light and says I want to go dark roast into the information. I have also been known to re-listen to my favorite ones! Must share with every woman!! ❤️❤️❤️
