The Open People Network, founded by Jeffery Potvin in 2016, is a group of like-minded entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and professionals with a desire to mentor, advise and provide practical, technical and tactical training and leadership to help set up future entrepreneurs and their businesses for success.

She guides entrepreneurs in navigating complexity, taking difficult decisions
with conviction, bringing integrity and bold transparency in their companies.
She has been an academic researcher, with a passion for mathematical models, a
startup operator and a VC investor.
Intellectual challenges, unconventional strategies, operational and human
complexity characterised this journey. Her ambition is asking tough questions
to unveil unconscious assumptions and beliefs that are holding back
entrepreneurs.
She is a rock-climbing guide and a skiff-sailing instructor. Guiding people in
extreme environments led her to investigate risks, adrenaline and
responsibility. Both in the outdoors, and in entrepreneurship. -

A financial operations and compliance professional, a mentor to early-stage companies, and an occasional investor. Bryan is the founder of Starlight Capital Inc., which has developed an angel investment network and hosted more than 100 conferences for entrepreneurs to meet investors.
