Great, Well-Rounded Health & Fitness Podcast

I had been looking for a health & fitness podcast for a while, and Beyond Burning Fat is exactly what I was looking for! Michelle shares so much knowledge about the physical and mental aspects of a healthy lifestyle in a way that is easy for anyone to understand. I've listened to the first 23 episodes so far and every single one has been useful by either putting a different spin on something or introducing new information all together. This is now one of my favourite podcasts - thanks Michelle!
