Finally!

A podcast that speaks to me! Full disclosure - I know Wendy from way back when and that’s why I initially gave this podcast a listen. I truly didn’t expect it to resonate with me the way it has but it literally helped me cope through some really tough times over the past few months. The practical tips on how to break the stress cycle have been especially helpful for me. My new favourite saying is “could I care less?” 😊
