LTW engaging, BI a miss

In November 2022, the Lead To Win podcast shifted to “Business Accelerator,” in order to align with their product. All of the energy is gone and I don’t find it a good fit for CEOs or business leaders now. This week’s episode is how to run meetings, which is first-time manager material covered better by Manager Tools. I use the Full Focus planner, but unsubscribing from this ‘cast (and I’m a CEO).

Is he really a productivity expert when he can’t even supply products to his customers?

The Michael Hyattt support service is horrible. They failed to deliver my products that I ordered on December 15th. Finally after numerous back and forth with the company they decide to send me a replacement FOR ONLY one of my products, not all of them. Even though I paid for 3 items plus $32 of shipping, they only replaced one item and kept my money for the rest of the items. They didn't even offer to replace the $32 shipping fee that I paid nearly a month ago. Three weeks later they decide to "expedite" my replacement package only to learn that they sent it the regular mailing method and they only sent one of the items I paid for, not all 3 of them. Did they refund my original shipping costs? Of course not. We are supposed to buy into Michael Hyatt's products as a productivity expert yet he can't even deliver an item that someone paid for in a timely manner or deliver decent customer service. The response time is brutal and I sit nearly a month later without the products I PAID FOR!!!. How productive is he and his company when he cannot even supply his customers with what they purchased?
