CF 007 : Golden Lessons and a Fun Challenge : The Five Dollar Challenge

Build a Cubicle Free Business Podcast

Discover How to Delegate Quickly and Easily – Build a Cubicle Free Business Podcast – Episode 7

This week I start by asking the guys what they have found most useful so far in my process of coaching.

It is pretty awesome to see how far the guys have come in such a short time.

Highlights include;

  • Project Plan – to ensure their project is on the right track
  • Creating the Avatar – making sure they understand their target market
  • Minimum Viable Product (MVP) – building the product the right way

Then I remind the guys of some of their goals and introduce them to the ghost of their business future if they choose not to delegate.

Alternately, I offer them the $5 challenge which I recommend for everyone.

Five Dollar Challenge: If you do not outsource regularly : Spend $5 on odesk, elance, fiverr on a task for your business. Pay particular attention to what you learn about yourself and how your business could be better off if you outsourced more often. (Affiliate Links! – Thank you)

In This Episode You Will Learn;

– The sad side of being an entrepreneur without outsourcing

– The awesome opportunity that exists when you outsource

– What stops people from outsourcing

– How just $5 can set on a path for success
