How one conversation can change life as you know it

What a great episode with Laurent Pitre! It made me realize how powerful a walk around the block can be for the mind, and how I’ve been using this method as a form of meditation without even realizing it. It is so much easier to enjoy a moment when you can feel the sun on your face, hear the snow crunching under your feet and smell the fresh air flowing in and out of your lungs. I’ll try to rely on my senses more often to ground me when I’m inside the house too! I also really enjoyed listening to the way Laurent spoke about life, and the effort he puts in to make everyday an adventure. Thank you for this interview. Now as I revisit my day, I see how amazing it was. It wasn’t “just another day” like I was allowing myself to think. It was an adventure, and I’m excited to wake up tomorrow at dawn when the little humans we live with jump into our bed.
