Hey 2019/2020 - can we please start removing gender from the developer narrative? Obviously the information is accurate, but “guys” across the board is simply no longer accurate. It makes this podcast challenging to listen to. I’m a female development manager in the GTA and plenty of our partners, owners and consultants are female and leading the charge on some of the largest projects out there.
