We Heart Our Lives is an online community established to empower those suffering from mental illness and suicidality by focusing on emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. It exists to remove the stigma around mental illness and thoughts of suicide by engaging individuals in open and honest conversations and in turn educate loved ones on how to be supportive.
