My favourite gaming business podcast

I look forward to my weekly dose of This Week in Gaming from Deconstructor of Fun. The insights are great, the hosts play off each other well, and they’re all open to acknowledging each others’ competing viewpoints on industry news. I’ve been a regular listener for 2 years now and it continually improves. The last year’s worth of in-depth interviews provide even more insight that you can’t get anywhere else. Hard questions and no fluff. Thanks for all the great content, DoF!

The easiest way to keep up with the exploding mobile gaming landscape.
Ethan. Please stop it with the Twiggies.

There's nothing wrong with just referring to listeners as the listeners or any other adult phrase you come up with. Being reffered to as a 'Twiggy' makes want to stop being a listener. Can any of the adults please step in and guide Ethan through this before I have to deconstruct myself.
Production quality is not great, couple of gaming brahs
2021-02-07
The content of this is sometimes quite good. But the production quality is hit and miss. In the most recent episode, someone was in their car on loud speaker. They switch between meaningful and thoughtful content, to a couple of very opinionated friends talking a lot, about absolutely nothing. One of the hosts curses non-stop, easily drops 10-30 f-bombs in an episode. I don’t mind cursing, but it just comes across as unprofessional in a podcast. I prefer well articulated content and arguments over random cursing.
