    On the 24th episode of Dock Talk, Zak is joined by Dr. Ming Chang Tsai. Tsai is One of the most analytical minds in the rowing landscape, currently working as the lead for bio mechanics and performance analysis at the Canadian Sport Institute as well as the Lead Performance Scientist at Own the Podium. As a high performance athlete and rower himself, he is extremely knowledgeable in what it takes to get the best out of an athlete not only from an analytical perspective, but also the human perspective.     On this episode of Dock Talk, Zak is joined by legendary rowing coach, Noel Donaldson. He is Australia's most successful rowing coach, having won dozens of medals on the national and international level, including five Olympics. Notably, he supported consistent world class performances from Australia’s Oarsome Foursome in the mid 90s and was head coach of Australia’s then most successful Olympic rowing Team ever at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Noel is currently the High Performance Director for the State of Victoria Rowing Program in Australia, and is the Chair of the national selection committee for all age groups.

Alice represented Australia internationally for 11 seasons, and won back to back gold medals at the Rowing World Championships in 2007 and 2008, among other top placings.
    More recently, Alice is spearheading research in female athlete specific research studies with the goal of better understanding and supporting elite female athletes through their training journeys.
