The HONEST Empath!
Rebecca Garifo wasn’t even on my radar a few months ago but I now realize I’ve been searching for her for many years, maybe even through many lives. I literally yell “Yes!” out into my living room, by myself, while listening to her podcasts. Each one is filled with wisdom, humour, power, and most importantly, brutal, beautiful, honesty. I’ve actually cried, stopped the dialogue and reflected. I’ve laughed out loud and I’m right on board with her from the curse words to the purring kitten. Being an empath is hard work sometimes but listening to these podcasts makes it more understandable. I can’t wait to read her book. I so appreciate her taking the time to record her thoughts and invite us to travel through this with her. She doesn’t claim to be guru, guide, or healer but she is walking her talk! What a gift to find someone who shares her journey, who talks with me, not at me through this podcast. Bless your heart Rebecca for your honesty. You are inspiring me to step forward and claim mine.
