Today's guest is Debra Flashenberg of the Prenatal Yoga Center. She is an actress turned yogi who is the founder and director of the Prenatal Yoga Center in New York City and host of the podcast, Yoga Birth Babies.
Debra talks about her journey from being a tiny performer to graduating from Boston Conservatory, a national tour of Hair and how yoga became a part of her life. Debra talks about how prenatal yoga became her passion and how her work ethic made her successful. 
Some of the notable questions and thoughts:1. Never spend more money than you have2.You can't succeed in the arts unless you really love what you're doing and as artists we learn how to have the work ethic to do it3. Performing artists make great yoga teachers 4. If you lose the passion, it means its time to start looking for something more fulfilling5. If you don't have the skills then learn them. We have the talent now we just have to hone it and see if we are willing to take the next steps.
