    55 The Real Impact of Your Goals

    Before you make your 2020 goals, go back and reflect on 2019. It doesn't matter if you didn't hit the goals you set last year. Your impact was far greater than you will ever know. You need to be proud of your impact and to really see it. Because what you see is just scratching the surface of who you’re helping. Take time to reflect on everything that happened and consider the impact you made in the last year. When you do that, you're able to show up every day trying a little harder to be at your best. And that's when the magic truly happens. You’ll never really know the extent of your impact.     51: Harness the Connection Effect for Your Wellbeing - with Nadine Moffatt

    Connections are crucial. I brought my friend Nadine Moffatt on the podcast today to chat about what I call the connection “effect”: an energy exchange that occurs when two or more people share experiences.  There are so many benefits to connecting with new and old friends. Relating to someone else’s stories is very grounding. Sharing ideas, resources, and perspectives is uplifting.  I encourage you to get out of your head and into your heart. Who do you feel like you should connect with? There’s a reason behind that feeling and that person needs to hear from you. Go ahead and light yourself up with a reach-out, a group event, or even host a party. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be you opening yourself up to the connection “effect”.
