He uses an integrated medical and holistic approach towards breast health promote self breast awareness and to educate adult women on reducing avoidable risk factors for breast cancer. As an online ultrasound master trainer and telemedicine consultant, Dr. Mustafa also founded BeBreastAware, a non-profit initiative in Pakistan dedicated to promoting early detection of breast cancer. In 2022, he launched the non-profit blog, Medscope, aimed at improving healthcare awareness.
