かはまやか ,

So comforting

Every single episode so far is amazing, even the ones that I don’t think will be interesting or relatable end up being really relatable in ways I didn’t expect, or I learn something new. So so so worth the listen, I feel like I’ve learned so much about myself and other people. Also it just feels like a safe space, which is so comfortable.

Just listen. Enough said :)

So special

I started listening at the beginning of quarantine and am now HOOKED. This podcast has created space for me to build compassion for myself and others. With their guests, Kye successfully normalizes so many experiences I’ve struggled and has given me hope, without either sugarcoating or catastrophizing. Thank you :)
