Food, Multiculturalism and Social Media Videos
This final project aims to explore the relationship between food and the concept of multiculturalism and capitalism through a series of interviews featuring people from different cultural backgrounds including Chinese, American, Japanese and Canadian descents who have had exposure to food videos on social media platforms and have experiences with ethnic foods or the so-called “foreign” or “erotic” foods.

Class Conflicts in Horror Films
This is a group project for a horror films class. We will discuss two specific films released in 2019, Parasite (2019) and Us (2019) and examine how the notion of space and performance play an important role in presenting horror, different forms of violence and class conflicts especially in home evasion horror films.
