Necessary listening
Beautifully written. Tears flowed. We all need to honour the lives (mostly Black Lives) that were lost. Exposing the lies we were told is critical. I’ve been recommending this podcast all over social media. Well done!
Intense
I hung on to every word. Now I am making comparisons between the federal response to Katrina and the security response on the Capital a few days ago: impossible not to conclude blatant systemic racism.
Heartbreaking failure of accountability
It was hard to listen to these stories as well reported as they were. Another tale of the systemic racism & corruption that lives on in the US.
