put off the natural man - could it mean when we have the urge to do something that's not right for us, such as doughnut, or snap at someone or whatever, that if we just put it off for a little while longer, the urge will go away and we can keep our integrity intact?

As a Gospel Doctrine teacher, I understand that I can teach my class nothing. It is the Spirit that teaches. My responsibility is to prepare and have the Spirit with me as I relate the lesson to the class. Your podcast helps me feel the Spirit and for that I am so grateful.

The Book of Mormon is one of lies and misguidance. Don’t fall for it. Simply seek the truth of the bible. Jesus Christ, son of the triune god, is the only path to salvation. There is no other path. There is no earning it. He has done all the work, he laid himself down as the sacrifice for our sins. We need only believe and submit. And follow no other teachings then his. There are no revelations after the books of the apostles. The Book of Mormon is a trap. I say all this out of deep love for all humankind.
