Surviving a thousand miles of togetherness by boat
Nicknamed the ”divorce boat,” the canoe is well known as a vehicle for conflict. New to Relationships
I love hearing other people’s dating experiences. I've never been in a relationship. I haven't really had to get to know someone I've always had my lifelong friends, but now they're off at university. Being able to get to know people is an important skill to have. Especially since I want to have some more friends and also have a girlfriend eventually. This year I have been taking to work on myself. To grow my personality and learn more about myself.

Bringing it to the forefront
Dating in the Yukon is the most painful experience. There is definitely a different dating culture up here then elsewhere, it leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, there is very throw away culture, that people are disposable perhaps even recycled, for the most part. It’s a hurtful place, I m content with my cat.

“The odds are good, but the goods are odd!”
This show gets better and better as the hosts dive deeper into small-town dating in the far Northwest of Canada. Great interviews and illuminating perspectives from guests and hosts on the challenges of modern dating, using apps, COVID, a transient population, and a limited dating pool. Love the humorous and relaxed approach to this conversation. My main takeaway is how glad I am to no longer be dating!
