Cherry Chan is an amazing woman. She came to Canada in her teens, graduated high school and hustled over to the University of Waterloo to complete an accounting degree. She then worked in one of the big accounting firms, decided to buy properties sight unseen with her husband Erwin Szeto (boyfriend at the time ... they're now married with two kids!) and ultimately decided to quit her job to "go it alone" with her own accounting practice (www.RealEstateTaxTips.ca).
