Prior to Knotch, he worked at Mic and lead the transition to Bustle Digital Group when they were acquired. Before that, he worked in HR/Ops for fitness brands such as Barry and Rumble.
Garrison has worked exclusively for companies who make an impact through their work. He uses this mentality to impact morale and culture.
