E11: Ted Fleming of Partake Brewing
The success of Partake Brewing is a testament to the power of engaged communities in the purest sense. Fleming had been serving a community that he, himself was a part of - filling a gap in the market for non-alcoholic beer drinkers in a genuine way that can only be borne out of lived experience. The hallmark of engagement, however, is two-way communication. By listening to this community, Fleming was able to identify an opportunity, and when the Partake Kickstarter campaign launched, it surpassed the funding goal in three hours. Listener discretion is advised - this episode will have anyone passionate about a great idea inspired into action.
E10: Robert Price of Bōde Canada
From a young age, Robert had a first-hand look at what it means to work hard, think big, move fast and slow down when necessary. Ingrained with an insatiable thirst for business and entrepreneurism, Robert takes us back through his early days as an entrepreneur and then as a key growth lever at Axia. Building new ideas into a new business isn't easy, it's not for the faint of heart but Robert explains how this desire has resulted in his newest venture that is certainly shaking up the traditional Real Estate sales industry.
