Derek Dhaliwal ,

Incredibly insightful!

Volume 1, Season 1, whatever you want to call it, shifted my biases when It came to methodologies and psychology of training.

Volume 2 changed the conditions I’ve set for my own mentors; what qualities I should value in the sherpas in my own life.

Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, we never had coaches that would ask the really hard questions and investigate their own craft to the extent that you, Dr. Galpin, Kenny and Josh, do. I think it’s of extreme importance that up and coming athletes, and coaches, listen to what you’ve created here and (hopefully!) what you’ll continue to create. You should be really proud of this podcast and its impact!

Thank you!

Over promise under deliver

The podcast started strong and talked about being different than other podcasts by giving information through a story and not producing content for the sake of producing content. That’s exactly what it turned into. Putting their friends on and talking more about personal lives and pumping their own tires than educating and telling a story.

THE MUST LISTEN Podcast

Easily the best and most informative podcast I’ve listened to. If you don’t listen to this, you are doing yourself a disservice.
